Saturday, May 17, 2014, 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
At the Arlington Center, Arlington, MA
Within the folds of winter our deepest longings have nested. Now in spring, we find sprouts of these dreams pushing up into our conversations, thoughts and decisions. Focusing can bring these desires into clear view while revealing to us anything that stands in the way of our moving with the Life inherent in the longing.
We’ll begin the afternoon Focusing via the steps and then savor the sensation in optional movement, journaling or art. From there, we will explore anything that stands in our way and discover how Focusing can offer us incredible tools for dealing with ‘roadblocks’ in our life process.
Take time to energize and engage the heart-body through self-connection via Focusing. Focus your energy on what you truly want to bring into your life.
