“Like inhaling and exhaling, Mark Nepo writes in Seven Thousand Ways to Listen, “the ways we silence our noise and open our heart are forms of deep listening.” Focusing is a renowned process that takes us there, into the silence and into the abode of our own wisdom.
In the hours together, we will work with its steps and learn the timbre of our ‘body,’ deepening a profound resonance in being heard & met—toward knowing ourselves. We shall also companion others, noticing how the heart of ourselves touches into the living experience of another, opening to a sacred, collective realm of being.
