Focusing is a mindful, affirming, healing process that helps you reduce stress, make positive change in your life, and know yourself more deeply.  Focusing can be integrated into many fields, including psychotherapy, education, artistic endeavors and business.

The bedrock of Focusing is self-compassion, a non-judgmental attitude toward ourselves and others, and an in-the-moment awareness of our inner experience which holds rich meaning.  In this series of 3 classes, we will address these concepts and explore them more deeply. We will  allow time to practice Focusing in partnerships so you can improve your skills both as focuser and listener.

This class is appropriate for beginners and people with Focusing experience. Limited to 8 participants.
