Moving into aging is rarely a chosen or graceful moment. In addition to our own fears and concerns, we are often confronted with the aging of our loved ones, challenging our relationships and need for continuity and predictability.

In this workshop we will explore this theme through focusing exercises and group discussions. Opportunities to share our stories and family legacies will allow for deeper meanings to emerge. Whatever your age, we invite you to expand your relationship to aging.

As Gendlin describes, “living is always a fresh process/formation, it is forming itself freshly, nothing is fixed.”
-Eugene Gendlin 2007
