Drawing Without Materials, A Focusing Experience.  In this two-hour workshop, we will use a practice of drawing without materials–no paints or brushes, no oil sticks, pencils, pastels or paper for us!–as a metaphor for Focusing.    In partnership, one person takes the role of paper (listener) and the other that of mark maker (Focuser.) The “mark makers” use their hands to draw on the back of the “papers.”We slow down, listen deeply, and find lost parts of ourselves.

Cost is $25.  You may pre-register at arlingtoncenter.org or by calling The Arlington Center at 781-316-0282.  You may also pay by check or cash at the door.
