A good night’s sleep is a luxury at times and yet science reminds us repeatedly how important it is for our wellbeing. This workshop is dedicated to supporting you in sleeping with more ease. Specifically, we’ll look at what the brain is doing all night long while we sleep and explore several simple practices drawing on the wisdom of Focusing and Yoga that invite a restful and restorative experience as you sleep.
Roberta Whitney M.A. is a teacher, Spiritual Director and healer. Her education includes a Masters of Arts degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College. Integrating knowledge gained in the past decade through myriad studies and certification as a Focusing Professional, she offers unique whole body approaches to health and well-being.
