Thinking at the Edge shows you how to combine your felt knowing with your conceptual thinking, so that both are enriched. Your felt knowing is the way your body “gets” situations. At first this feeling is hard to put into words. When you learn to welcome the “edge” between what you already know and what your bodily felt sense wants you to know, the words come.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore some of the key elements of Thinking at the Edge and will use them to gain insight on challenges we face, or to clarify plans and creative projects for the year ahead. Some Focusing experience is helpful but not necessary.
