Friday April 28 – 30: Bio-Spiritual Focusing Series 2017

Join us for the forthcoming program designed specifically to offer Spiritual Directors, Counselors and those in Pastoral ministries advanced tools through Focusing.  Learn Bio-Spiritual Focusing, develop your own personal practice and integrate applications specific to your clients and their spiritual foundation.   Specific benefits include:
Presence:  Learn a more compassionate presence toward yourself and those with whom you interact
Process:  Discover and harness gifts of an ‘embodied’ spiritual practice
Self-connection:  Support others in connecting to a fullness of Life within themselves

This last benefit is a key to amazing work that opens a door for your work with clients to fresh  outcomes, new perspectives, centered decisions and re-created life flow.

 Class size is limited to [12] twelve so that we can provide individual practice, support and guidance.  It would be a pleasure to have you with us.  AN Introduction will be held on Saturday, 25 March form 12:30-4:30.  Series times and dates are:

Weekend (April 28-30)  Friday, 6:30 – 8:45 pm, Saturday, 8:30am –5:00pm  Sunday, 8:30am-4:00 pm 

AND Three [3] Day-Long Sessions ( May 20, June 10, September 30):  8:45 am – 5:00 pm

All program events are held at the at the Spiritual Life Center in West Hartford, CT.  Overnight accommodations can be arranged for those traveling from a distance.  [Program cost:  $750/$700]

 Joe Colletti, MDiv, STM, Med, CFT
Joe is a certified Focusing trainer and a Board member of the Bio-Spiritual Institute.  He is a Spiritual Director with writings published in the Presence magazine.  He has made multiple presentations on Bio-Spiritual Focusing including Spiritual Directors’ International first Bio-Spiritual Focusing webinars.


 Roberta Handy Whitney, MA, CFP
Roberta is a Spiritual Care Director and teacher.  Integrating knowledge gained over almost fifteen years through certification as a Focusing Professional and interdisciplinary spiritual and healing studies, Roberta offers unique wholebody approaches to spiritual growth and well-being.  She is a founding member of Focusing New England and presents programs regularly.
