Focusing increases our sense of self awareness and confidence. It allows us to be more present and therefore relaxed.Come and learn this effective method to tune into your body, identify what it needs and gain a deeper insight into the somatic wisdom. Focusing is a method of attending to our inner process in order to unlock a deep knowing  that is in our body. This method was developed by Eugene Gendlin, close co-worker of Carl Rogers. It was designed to help people become better clients in therapy, by teaching them to access directly their momentary experience.
