With Joan Klagsbrun and Cathy Cornell
Aging has, as one of its benefits, the possibility of wisdom. This workshop, for those who consider themselves to be in mid life or beyond, will explore the intrinsic wisdom we carry within us. We will explore what aging means to us and will focus on the how we have gained wisdom from our lived experience. We will then turn our attention to the future, and how, through Focusing, we can find personal wisdom for the journey ahead.
Joan Klagsbrun, Ph.D., a psychotherapist in private practice, has been teaching Focusing internationally to psychotherapists, educators, healthcare providers and the public for over three decades on seven continents.
