Focusing has enhanced the quality of my life — both personally and professionally. Since becoming certified in 2000, I have maintained a relationship with two Focusing partners, integrated Focusing into my psychotherapy practice and offered trainings to groups and individuals. While I am now retired and no longer provide psychotherapy, I am continuing my Focusing partnerships and offering Focusing support by phone or in person to individuals and small groups. I am willing to travel to assist with trainings in other areas of New England.

Focusing provides many wonderful benefits, but my favorite is Finding-Fresh-Air in difficult dilemmas. By using my felt-senses as my GPS, I can uncover my very own small steps forward to creative options that give me a renewed sense of hope and resiliency.
Perhaps you, too, would like to gently explore how to find clarity amid confusion, comfort amid heartache, or laughter amid misfortune? I can be your Focusing guide to more Fresh-Air inside. I hold most of my sessions on Zoom.
Paula, retired from a thirty-year career as a high school and college English teacher, has a doctorate in Creativity in Education from the University of Massachusetts.

Rosa Zubizarreta, MA, MSW, CFP
Great Barrington, MA
Meet me at my DiaPraxis website and on my Listening Arts blog.
Services: Rosa offers personal growth and professional development groups for listeners (therapists, group facilitators, mediators, coaches) where we witness and support the on-going journey of listening more deeply to our own selves. These groups are based on the Heart IQ framework, and incorporate Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and Inner Empathy.
Professionally trained in organization development, Rosa offers workshops internationally in Dynamic Facilitation, an empathy-based approach for helping task groups engage creatively with complex issues. Practitioners with previous grounding in listening and awareness practices such as Focusing or NVC are especially well-positioned for learning to facilitate this work.
Rosa is also available to teach Focusing to individuals or small groups.
