These groups are based on the Heart IQ framework, and incorporate Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and Inner Empathy.

Professionally trained in organization development, Rosa offers workshops internationally in Dynamic Facilitation, an empathy-based approach for helping task groups engage creatively with complex issues.
