9:30-11:30am on Monday November 2, November 23 and December 14, 2020

Please join us in this Introduction to Focusing class.. Focusing is a gentle and compassionate way of listening to ourselves that is different from our everyday awareness. It is a mind-body practice of attending to how our body holds a particular life situation - a relationship, a joy, a problem.  Whether the issue is large or small, Focusing teaches us how to access a valuable resource that we all carry within, deepening our self-understanding, reducing stress, and often bringing us fresh insights. This mindful process can easily be incorporated into our everyday lives.

In this beginner class you will learn the basic principles of Focusing:

  • The Felt Sense

  • Focusing Listening

  • The Focusing Attitude 

The cost is $135 for the series.
